The Parc Empresarial  Granland Badalona Sud  offers the possibility to establish your company in an industrial warehouse both for sale or rent, and for office, commercial or industrial use. The Parc Empresarial  Granland Badalona Sud  is the industrial, commercial and office area nearest to Barcelona, while being configured as an extension of the municipality of Badalona and counting on all services that a big city can offer. This building will complete the Parc Empresarial Granland Badalona Sud. Likewise, we are also planning the first of four office buildings. The building’s ground floor will be used for commercial purposes (such as for restaurants, financial institutions, within the park), and the upper floors will be used as office space, there also will be a fitness centre and a Business Centre.
